DELIVERY POLICY

SAME-DAY ORDERS, ADVANCE ORDERS, AND BULK ORDERS

We accept same-day orders for pick-up or delivery with just a 20-30 minute lead time. Advance and bulk orders are accepted as well, up to 1 month prior to the pick-up/delivery date.

AREA OF COVERAGE AND FEES

Delivery fees will be calculated upon check-out, prior to payment. Delivery fees are computed based on the distance of the delivery address from the pick-up location (in White Plains, Katipunan Ave., Quezon City).

Please be advised that distance may affect the quality of the food due to the delivery time. If your location is not covered by our delivery area, please contact us through our Instagram (@sobra.mnl) to see if we can accommodate your area and order!

POSSIBILITY OF DELAYS

When selecting your time slot, please note that the time slot on our website is for dispatch, not delivery. We will do our best to dispatch your order within the time slot selected, but are no longer in control of the delivery time at the indicated address due to factors external to our control (rider availability, rider pick-up time, road traffic, weather, holidays, peak hours, etc.). We appreciate your kindness and understanding on these matters.

STORE/CURBSIDE PICK-UP OPTION

You may also choose to select the “Store Pick-Up” option and arrange to pick-up personally. If you need our staff to deliver your food to your car by the driveway, please indicate “Curbside Pick-Up” along with your vehicle type, color, and plate number in the “Special Request” portion. For curbside pick-up, please call us through our cell phone number or message us via our Instagram (@sobra.mnl) to inform us when you have arrived. There will be no added fees for the Store Pick-Up option and the Curbside Pick-Up Service.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made online via credit card, BDO Bank Transfer, or GCash. Cash on delivery (COD) is only accepted through special requests coursed through our Instagram (@sobra.mnl) or contact number. If you will be selecting COD as the payment method, kindly be advised that we will only accept exact change.
