REFUNDS
For any claims for refunds, kindly send us a message on our Instagram (@sobra.mnl) or FaceBook page (Sóbra) to assess the situation. If your claim is approved, you will be automatically refunded through the payment method used for the order. Please note that it may take up to 7 to 10 banking days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
